What we collect when you order, book a table or join the Pie Club, and what we do with it. The short version: only what we need, never sold.

What we collect
When you use this site or visit our shops we may collect:
Order and reservation details: name, email, phone, date, time, party size, order and any notes
Pie Club details: your name, phone number, birthday month, points and order history
Delivery address for delivery orders
Basic site analytics such as pages viewed and the type of device used
How we use it
We use your information to prepare and deliver orders, manage reservations, run the Pie Club and send you the updates you asked for, and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers on our own systems.
Age verification
Beer and wine are served only to adults 21 and older. We check ID at the table and do not sell alcohol for delivery.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with payment processors, delivery drivers and the software we use to run orders and the Pie Club. Each of them may use it only to provide that service.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies for basic analytics and to remember preferences. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and we honor state privacy rights for everyone.
