Reservations
Reservations hold your table for 15 minutes past the booked time. If plans change, let us know at least 2 hours ahead so we can offer the table to someone else. Walk-ins are seated when space allows.
Orders and delivery
Pickup orders are held for 30 minutes after the ready time. Delivery is available within three miles of the Hampden shop for a $4 fee, and delivery times are estimates on busy nights.
Pie Club
Paid tiers are billed monthly on the day you joined
You can pause any month before your billing date
You can cancel at any time; the current month is not refunded
We will tell you at least 30 days ahead about any change to tier pricing
Catering and party trays
Catering orders need 48 hours notice and can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup or delivery for a full refund.
Something wrong with your pie
If a pie is not right, call us within an hour and we will remake it or refund it.
Classes and tickets
Class tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the class. After that, tickets can be transferred to another guest. If we have to call off a class, you receive a full refund.
Pets and property
Leashed dogs are welcome on the sidewalk patio. Guests are responsible for their pets and belongings. Please stay out of the kitchen unless you are in a class.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
