Kids Pizza Class
Ages 6 to 12 stretch dough, sauce their own pies and take home a Longrise apron.
A Sunday morning class for young cooks. Every kid gets a dough ball, a ladle of sauce and a bowl of toppings, and Calvin bakes the pies in the deck oven while they watch through the window.
Parents get coffee and a slice while they wait. Ages 6 to 12, one adult per family stays in the shop.

A guest pizzaiolo from Naples takes over the dome oven for one night, with fried pizza and three classic pies.

Five courses at one long table in the dining room, from antipasti to a dessert pie, with Italian wines poured by Calvin.
