Long Table Dinner
Five courses at one long table in the dining room, from antipasti to a dessert pie, with Italian wines poured by Calvin.
Once a season we push the tables together and seat 30 guests for a family-style dinner. Dario cooks five courses from the wood oven, including two pies that never make it onto the menu.
Calvin pours a wine with each course. Family-tier Pie Club members have a reserved seat; everyone else can request tickets by email.

A guest pizzaiolo from Naples takes over the dome oven for one night, with fried pizza and three classic pies.
